Leslie Hershberger, M.A. is a teacher, facilitator, and coach committed to guiding you and/or your organziation through transition and transformation. She uses powerful tools such as the Enneagram personality system, Integral Coaching, and mindfulness based stress reduction to foster human development.
She has worked in areas as diverse as business, health care, education and spirituality. She has a unique ability to foster understanding between competing perspectives and values. Concurrently, she helps cultivate your own capacity for self awareness so you can learn to coach yourself.
A skilled teacher, she brings insight, synthesis, humor and compassion into her classes, workshops, writing and coaching. Her work with clients and students is rooted in her own personal commitment to walking the talk.
A former schoolteacher, she holds an undergraduate degree in education so she is attuned to the joys and unique challenges facing educators, parents and students. With a Master’s Degree in Theology, she has developed a deep capacity to help students and clients apply practical insights from the great wisdom traditions in their personal and professional lives.
She is a student in the Integral Theory certification program through Ken Wilber’s Integral Institute and uses its insights to help you develop a capacity for accurate self-assessment, emotional awareness, confidence, balance, and humor.
She is a certified teacher of the Enneagram Professional Training Program with Helen Palmer and David Daniels and has completed the Enneagram in Business training program with Ginger Lapid-Bogda. She is also a trained coach in the Out of the Box Coaching training program with Mary Bast. She is the founder of the Integral Womenof Greater Cincinnati in which she facilitates small group meditation/study/conversation sessions which meet the spiritual and personal development needs of women in transition. Leslie also teaches mindfulness practice and guided visualization.
She is a member of the Enneagram Center of the Ohio Valley, a member of the International Enneagram Association, and a Hospice volunteer and frequent speaker at non-profits throughout the Midwest. She is currently working with CRISPAZ an organization that facilitates global relationships and South-North learning opportunities that promote personal, spiritual and social transformation through solidarity and mutual accompaniment with the people of El Salvador.
